Our weekly "Who to Start and Sit" column is part of FootballDocs In-season content. All of FootballDocs In-season content is 100% free.

After starting your studs (typically players ranked after week 5 in the top ~15 RBs, top ~ 10 WRs, top ~ 10 QBs, top ~3 TEs, top ~5 Defenses, and top...wait, no kicker is a fantasy football stud), the Docs will help you decide who to start and sit as we recommend players in our fantasy football start sit column that are not clear studs and can step in with a big game for your team this week. Consequently, we will not recommend who to start and sit with the top few players at each position in our weekly fantasy football start sit advice (given starts every week); however, we may occasionally recommend players ranked 15 - 25 overall due to some teams out there that will have multiple players at one position in this range but can only start one.  If we recommend such a player it does not mean we think they are not a stud, we are just trying to help those folks out there that may be in such a situation. We also recommend players to bench, so our fantasy football start sit column is sometimes referred to as fantasy football start bench column. Additionally, we offer Fantasy Football Weekly Rankings to help even further with some of those more difficult start sit decisions. Last, be sure to check us out every Tuesday as we do a Wrap-up on our advice - both good and bad.  In fact, every wrap-up is kept and posted as a permanent, public record of what we called and how good or bad the calls were. Why?

Three reasons:
1.  Accountability.
2.  Confidence in our analysis and recommendations.
3.  Because the Docs take winning every bit as seriously as you do.

Give 'em the rock (a.k.a. Start)

Nick Foles, QB, PHI - The Eagles have announced that they are going forward with Foles as their starter even with Michael Vick available. Foles has been playing great the past few weeks. This week Foles has the Cardinals, and there is little reason to believe that Foles will do anything other than post another great game.

Matt Flynn, QB, GB - You had better be "In like Flynn" this week. Flynn led the team to a dramatic comeback last week to get a tie against the Vikings. Flynn had a good fantasy game while doing this. This week he should get the start for the Packers. Flynn knows the system and he has some great weapons. Week 13 should be a great one for Flynn and the Packers. After all, the last time Flynn faced the Lions with the Packers he lit them up for 6 TDs.

Andre Brown, RB, NYG - Brown has been playing well in the past few weeks and he has a great matchup in Week 13 against the Redskins. This should be a great week to start Brown. Most teams will have added Brown during the season rather than drafting him, but you can trust him to outperform many of the players that were selected before him in most leagues.

Donald Brown, RB, IND - It's the holiday season, and that means it's time to see what Brown can do for you. We are doubling up with Browns this week and saying to be sure to get Donald in there too. He has been incredibly more effective than Trent Richardson, and the roadmap for a win against the Colts has been to pound the rock against them. We expect to see Brown get significant playing time this week.

Ray Rice, RB, BAL - Rice has been a huge disappointment this season, but the defending Super Bowl champs are doing everything they can to get that chance to defend their title. Rice is going to have to step up his game to make that happen, and it starts this week facing a Steelers unit that has been very TD friendly to opposing RBs.

Rod Streater, WR, OAK - Streater has nearly notched back to back 100 yard receiving efforts in consecutive weeks, and he has been feasting with the change at QB. The secondary for the Cowboys has struggled all season, making Streater an interesting play for those struggling at WR.

Michael Floyd, WR, ARZ - Floyd has been playing very well and he has a great matchup this week against the Eagles. Many opposing passing attacks have had great games against the Eagles. Floyd has the chance to be just another WR to post good fantasy stats against Philly.

Harry Douglas, WR, ATL - Douglas has been a little up and down over the past several weeks, but this week he should be up facing a Bills secondary that has had all kinds of issues covering just about anything.

Mike Wallace, WR, MIA - Wallace finally flashed a fantasy pulse last week, and he should continue that streak facing a Jets defense that has had issues against receivers. Wallace is a streaky player that can get very hot once hot. Problem is there is some risk here as he can get ice cold without any notice, but we say odds are much, much better he will be hot than cold.

Nate Burleson, WR, DET - Burleson made a splash with his owners last week nailing a TD in his first game back after missing a load of time due to an injury. This week he gets to carry that momentum right into a Packers secondary that has had its ups and downs in a key Turkey Day match-up. The fans in Detroit expect the win, and Burleson should play a key role in that outcome.

Jordan Cameron, TE, CLE - It has been a very long time since we have had a Jordan Cameron sighting, but that should change this week with Weeden back under center and the Jaguars on tap. Weeden helped put Cameron on the map in week 1, and the Jaguars are the second most friendly defense for fantasy TEs to face.

Miami Dolphins Defense - The Dolphins should find a lot of success against the Jets this week. The Jets are working hard to secure a high draft pick by losing in new and creative ways. The Dolphins should find several turnovers while keeping the score low. The Phins make a great add and start in Week 13.

Let 'em warm up the pine (a.k.a. Sit)

Kellen Clemens, QB, STL - Clemens has been playing very well, but this week he gets a tough matchup against the 49ers. On Monday this past Monday night, the 49ers chewed up RGIII. Clemens will not fare much better against one of the best defenses in the NFL.

Golden Tate, WR, SEA - The Saints have not been kind to opposing fantasy WRs. Tate will find it difficult to make a big fantasy impact in Week 13. The Seahawks will likely rely on their run game. This will contribute to the amount of balls Tate even gets a chance on this week. Look for a better option this week.

Tiquan Underwood, WR, TAM - It was a nice story last week, but reality is going to hit Underwood like a ton of bricks this week facing a brutal Carolina defense that is just outright mad Mike Wallace actually showed up on them last week.

Marques Colston, WR, NOR - Colston has frustrated his owners all season long, and it's time to kick him to the curb. No reason getting indigestion during a long and what is supposed to be a happy break. The Hawks secondary can't wait for this match-up and will just grab him and stuff him in a trashcan like a nerd in an 80's flick.
