All fantasy football player rankings and projections will be updated every week in the NFL Preseason to account for all player injuries, trades,
and depth chart adjustments.
Team defense is a tough thing to predict because it encompasses so many pieces. One missed assignment by one player on defense can translate to six for the opposing offense on a single play. Some defenses like the New York Jets and the Baltimore Ravens are loaded with talent and are always popular choices as they produce good defenses year in and year out.
High quality defenses like these can sack, intercept, shutout, and fumble recover their way to a big fantasy scoring performance on any given week.
However, your fantasy roster might be best served by grabbing

Note that fantasy football player rankings and point totals were calculated based on the following
scoring system:
• 1 point / 10 yards rushing or receiving
• 1 point / 20 yards passing
• 6 points / TD rushing or receiving
• 4 points / TD passing
• -2 points / INT

rankings and a unique draft strategy based on those scoring systems.
