Do you love fantasy football?
Do you find most of your thoughts during the day drifting towards fantasy football?
Have you ever felt strongly about a fantasy football topic and wanted access to a media site to express your thoughts?

If the answer is yes to all of the above questions, then you should strongly consider becoming a guest writer for FootballDocs.  FootballDocs is one of the most exciting fantasy football sites on the web, and one of only a handful remaining that allows completely free access to all articles and commentary.

Why should I write for FootballDocs Fantasy Football?
  • You truly love fantasy football---hands down the most important reason.
  • You want to become more active in the fantasy football community.
  • You feel your opinions and commentary could benefit other fantasy football enthusiasts.
What do I get as a guest writer?
First off, as a guest writer for FootballDocs you agree to work for free.  The Docs are not skipping rocks off some island in the Caribbean and neither will you.  The Docs write articles and give advice because they truly love fantasy football and have a lot of fun doing it.  As for some the benefits of being a writer for FootballDocs:
  • Gain worldwide exposure to your articles and opinions---your name will be credited to every article you write.

Do I have to be a professional journalist to be a guest writer?
We hope not.  If that were the case FootballDocs would have been shut down long ago! FootballDocs encourages anyone who loves fantasy football and would like to become more active in the fantasy football community to apply.

How do I apply? (No syndicated articles please.)
It’s easy.  If you agree to the conditions described above, simply send an email to
writers@footballdocs.com with your full name, age, and a sample fantasy football article. Please do not include the article as an attachment, but rather paste the article beneath your information as text in your email message.  The article can be about anything related to fantasy football that you feel so moved to write.

The Docs’ will personally review every applicant and contact you regarding whether or not you are a good fit as a guest writer for FootballDocs Fantasy Football.  If chosen, feel free to write as often or as little as you like.  You will find FootballDocs is extremely flexible and happy to work around your schedule.

A few comments before submitting a sample article:
  • Maintain a professional attitude. Every effort should be made to ensure that articles are void of spelling and grammatical errors.  These errors damage your credibility and detract from what may otherwise be an outstanding article.
  • When making a claim or stating your opinion, back it up with facts. Convince your readers why you feel the way you do.
  • Be respectful to your reader.  Have fun with your fantasy football article, but do not use profanity, vulgar comments, or offensive remarks in your articles.
If you have any questions, drop us a line at
writers@footballdocs.com, and we will be happy to answer any that you may have.  Thank you for your interest and welcome to FootballDocs Fantasy Football---“Where the geeks meet the gridiron.”
